Pełny Opis Gry GT Legends to produkcja studia SimBin, które na rynku gier komputerowych zaistniało za sprawą znakomitej symulacji GTR - FIA GT Racing Game. Tym razem również mamy do czynienia z wyścigami, ale jak wskazuje na to nazwa, do naszej dyspozycji oddano najbardziej legendarne i ekskluzywne samochody w historii motoryzacji. Twórcy gry starali się odtworzyć okres wspaniałych wyścigów z przełomu lat 60' - 70' - erę znakomitych samochodów oraz kierowców o nieprzeciętnych umiejętnościach. Aby jeszcze bardziej urealnić rozgrywkę, zdobyto i wykorzystano oficjalne licencje FIA GTC '65, FIA TC '65 oraz FIA GTC-TC ’76, dzięki czemu w grze możemy zasiąść za kierownicą m.in. Austina Mini Coopera S, Forda Capri, Corvetty Stingray, Porsche 911 RSR czy Mercedesa 300 SL (w sumie ponad 90 szczegółowo odwzorowanych modeli). Możliwości tych maszyn testujemy na jednych z najsłynniejszych torów wyścigowych (m.in.: Hockenheim, Imola, Mondello Park, Nurburgring, Anderstorp, Magny Cours i Zolder). Programiści przygotowali dla nas kilka trybów rozgrywki, w tym tryb kariery, w którym naszą przygodę z GT Legends zaczynamy jako kierowca najprostszego modelu mini Coopera. Biorąc udział w wyścigach Cup Challenge możemy powiększać stan swojego konta i kupować coraz lepsze samochody, a co za tym idzie, ścigać się z lepszymi kierowcami, za większe pieniądze. Grę możemy dopasować do własnych umiejętności dzięki pięciostopniowej skali trudności. Za fizykę gry odpowiada całkiem nowy silnik, znacznie ulepszono również grafikę (w porównaniu z GTR GT Racing Game). Dzięki zastosowaniu technologii nazywanej przez autorów „Live Track”, trasy na których toczą się nasze zmagania zmieniają się - wraz z kolejnymi okrążeniami na asfalcie pojawiają się ślady opon po gwałtownym hamowaniu, tu i ówdzie widać żwir i pył naniesiony z pobocza itd. Uroku całości dodają też takie smaczki jak np. zmieniające kolor elementy wydechów (na skutek wysokiej temperatury spalin) czy też różny kolor gazów wylotowych zależny od temperatury silnika. W GT Legends możemy ścigać się zarówno z komputerowymi przeciwnikami, jak i z żywymi graczami dzięki możliwości prowadzenia rozgrywek poprzez sieć.
